I Join an Election Party in Cambodia 🇰🇭

Hello friends! It was a big ceremony in Cambodia. I recently attended a voting ceremony to choose the next president of Cambodia. It was quite an eventful day, with the streets bustling with activity. As I made my way through the crowd, you can notice the numerous motorcycles zipping past, adorned with flags and banners supporting the People's Party.

The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation. People from all walks of life had gathered to support country and their democratic rights and cast their votes involving me as well. It was an incredible sight to see the diversity of the Cambodian population coming together for this important occasion.

As the day came to a close, and the last votes were cast, there was a palpable sense of satisfaction in the air. People were filled with hope and optimism, eagerly awaiting the announcement of the election results. It was a great time to witness firsthand the power of democracy the collective a must of the Cambodian people.

Now, as we have a good await the outcome of the elections, I am great of the importance of participating in such events and exercising democratic rights. Along the street with my friends as well It is through these ceremonies that we have the opportunity to shape the course of our nation, and I am grateful to have been a part of this historic moment.

Yesterday as well, me and my daughter just had the wonderful time revisiting my relatives in Phnom Penh and I would like to share this experience with you.

So, it was something that strange to me, I never forgot bringing a charger with me, but this time I do forgot. Anyway let's me tell you that Phnom Penh in some part has changed so much since the last time I was there. The city is buzzing with energy and there's a vibrant atmosphere everywhere you go. From the Bkk markets to the lively streets, there's never this fresh moment in this city.

It's always interesting when the ruling party outlaws all opposition. Everyone I know will be going to the voting booths for no reason other than fear. I was pressured by the village to fly the party flag in front of our house, but I took it down after a few days. Considering I've lived her for 13 years, paid over $8,000 USD in visa fees to this government, speak the language fluently, and yet I can't get citizenship, nor own land, nor even marry my wife legally, and obviously I can't vote too.

I won't be supporting or legitimizing this election in any way, but I understand and have no hard feelings for those that participate out of fear.
