There is a reason why most companies send their employees to on-site training so that they can improve and add value to themselves, and therefore to the company. Training allows you to improve and become better. To go from one level to another, you need to be trained and prepared for it.

In education, for example, for a person to reach the upper class, he must be trained in some certain courses. Even in life, practice leads to progress. No matter how natural you are, this does not negate the need for practice. Take, for example, the big names in football. Ronaldo and Messi. It is true that they are talented and have a natural talent for football, but they worked hard to show this talent.

The person who broke the record for the fastest sprinter (Usain Bolt). It is said that his training schedule is so crazy that at one point it is claimed that he ran past a cheetah. His focus was to win the 100m race. Not surprising how his performance is amazing.

In fact, with the development of the world, you also need to update and keep updating to keep pace with the demands and challenges of the world. It is clear that the challenges are not "if" choices or questions but "when". In other words, they will definitely come. So you have to train your body and mind together to be able to handle it.

It's worth noting that you don't have to wait for the challenge before you start training. You need to practice preparedness and anticipation. In the army, for example, soldiers are trained even before the day of the battle arrives. In fact, waiting until fight day to start training would make him an easy victim. Moreover, it would be dangerous and disastrous to equip an untrained soldier, since he risks injuring himself and his comrades.

Therefore, proper and timely training is necessary to prepare for the unexpected and improve the condition of a person over time. Nothing motivates you to take more action and prepares you for responsibilities like training. If someone is trained in a particular field, they are more likely to work in that field when the opportunity arises than an untrained person. So the more you practice, the more responsibilities you take on and the more mature you become. Clearly, responsibility is one of the signs of true maturity. Training is what prepares you for jobs and responsibilities.

Anyone can do a lot of things for you, but as you get older, you learn to do them on your own. Doing this alone makes you more accountable and creates satisfaction in you that you are at least making progress. If you find yourself not doing well at something, what you have to do is understand why you are not doing well and you will always find out that with more practice, you will get better.
