MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY 2/ TUESDAY 2ND JANUARY 2024

Today is our day 2 of mass indoctrination program bro Eli taught us the true meaning and concepts of the church, reason why worship animals is wrong and how to accept Christ as our lord and personal savior.

"Proverb 22:1 If you have to choose between a good reputation and great wealth, choose a good reputation."

"Act 20:28. So keep watch over yourselves and over all the flock which the Holy Spirit has placed in your care. Be shepherds of the church of God, which he made his own through the blood of his Son."

In our world today, there are a lot of churches everywhere infact in Nigeria I don't think you can walk pass two streets without locating one. It is a sad thing that God plan and purpose for the church as been abused, we see different names on their poster and with the increase in Pentecostal churches it even makes the situation worse you see church name like love arena international church, living proof church, Baptist Church, God answer prayer international church e.t.c

Through the teachings of bro Eli he made us to understand from the scriptures that the real name of the church is the church of God. There is a good name and the best name for church is the church of God because the owner is God and anything that belong to him should be name after him just the same we we write our name on our property.

It is a say thing that we humans decided to name the church after our own name or one vision we claim we have then we build a church. We all should be members of the church of church because God has already established his church.

"John 12:48. Those who reject me and do not accept my message have one who will judge them. The words I have spoken will be their judge on the last day!"

Some preachers will even say it is not necessary to join a church, joining a church is accepting the gospel because God told us in his word to join the church which he has purchased with his blood. If you are refusing to join a church is like rejecting the word of God and rejecting the word of God is rejecting Christ.

"James 3:7. We humans are able to tame and have tamed all other creatures---wild animals and birds, reptiles and fish."

"Romans 1:25. They exchange the truth about God for a lie; they worship and serve what God has created instead of the Creator himself, who is to be praised forever! Amen."

We should not worship any other thing apart from God either living or non-living. Some people even worship animals when God has already given us power over them, that why we have the capacity to tamed them. God has already given us dominion over them we should not allow them to control us. It is a sin to serve or worship animals.

"Ephesians 1:13. And you also became God's people when you heard the true message, the Good News that brought you salvation. You believed in Christ, and God put his stamp of ownership on you by giving you the Holy Spirit he had promised."

We received the gospel by following the doctrine and not by raising of hands.
