The use of artificial intelligence in all industries has created a buzz around the world, with many people fearing if AI continue in use it going to lead to mass unemployment and job insecurity in our society. The reality is that every industries have adopt the use of Artificial intelligence to speed up their operation and the job that has to go through lot of stress have been left to be done by AI.

Undoubtedly the use of AI has been a useful tool to the world, and for the fact that it make efforts less and deliver accurate results of what human can do made people think it has the potential to take over human in working space and that will lead to an unemployment crisis.

I don't think AI will lead to unemployment crisis due to its potential to automate certain tasks and roles, including opens up new opportunities that is obvious creates a new jobs for people. The way this innovation AI was introduced, create a new job for people, I don't see it to be a cause of unemployment in the society. Unemployment is here before the invention of AI, and this has continues risen everyday which is now out of government control, thousands of youth are unemployed after graduated from school every year, just a student alone not talk of those already in the labor market, all of these already happening before AI. Although it might be a risk for job environment or eliminate more than expected number of jobs in developed world.

Develop countries will be the only one to get affect most with AI maybe 7% while countries with lower automation will be less affected, infact in a latest research by International Labour Organization, ILO made it clear that if AI is not well regulate it going to create a big fear to people about their job and can slso leads to economic collapse In the future. But still yet people shouldn't be fear of AI leads to unemployment, they should only consider it as risks to jobs, because eith AI workers are more productive and people on develop countries will only benefit most of it.

AI will not contribute much to unemployment but only be at risks for jobs. Some certain profession will be at higher risk if care is not taking, most of professional jobs are already exposed to potential automation, for example, art work, writers and most of automation employment will be at risk for their work is been exposed to AI with generative AI and human effort will no longer needed in that aspect. And without government regulate AI it going to erase human efforts and labor participation, but yet I don't want to consider AI as a tool that will do more harm to the world than it helps.

AI have different functionality which might be hard to say AI generally is a threat to the world, although some against the insecurity coming ahead and the way some company build their AI to collect vast of personal data is risky. Honestly there is no cause of unemployment in the world with AI, because automation still need human efforts and emotion to complete a task. For instance many research company used AI as an assistant in getting information and cummulate a report, but still their writer are not affected, without or with AI the work done by AI make use of human mind.

And that is why I said AI will be risk to jobs but not contribute more to unemployment, AI's will be risk to job and it going to transform the nature of jobs environment and that is what makes many expertise are optimistic about the future of it. Something like a code job may not be a paying job later in the future because those that can write code and those that cannot will have access to AI to do the jobs.

I believe AI impact in the world will be determined on how it been regulated, and how the world make it relevant, but creating more space for unemployment is not certain because AI itself create more new opportunities for work environment.

Stay positive always!
