Afritunes week 92. A cover of Mai taimoko na by adaezeinchrist

▶️ Watch on 3Speak

Hello very one that is in this great community of Afritune. This is week 92 of the week and I am so glad to participate in the prompt for the week.
Is your one and only friend @adaezeinchrist coming your way today. I will be doing a cover of a song that touches me alot each time I listen to it.

This is a song in Hausa by Solomon Lang. He titled it Mai taimoko na. Meaning my helper and also my lover. When you listen to the Hausa version of it you will fall in love with the song and the artist. He encouraged us with the song to know that God is by our side. Even when we go through trouble, hardship, temptation and all the bad things of life, God is there with us to give all the help we need. If one don't have at this particular time, them the trouble of life will swallow him. we really need God now like never before.

Alot of people are suffering at this point in time. Some are even contemplating suicide. But suicide is not an option at all. We have God by ourselves. Don't for any moment think that God has forgotten about you. He is planning something very good for you, so don't give up.

Solomon Lang is a Christian musician that I love so much and his songs have always been an encouragement for me especially when I am going through some kind of hardship. I really love to hear him encourage me and I think you should make out time to listen to him as well.

Thanks for hopping in and do have a great new week ahead 👍. Remain bless.

Lyrics of the here is here for you to enjoy it.
Verse 1
Ko cikin duhu (In the dark)
Ko cikin dare (Whether at Night)
Bazan ji tsoro ba (I will not be afraid)
Mai Ceto (My Saviour)
Oh ya Yesu Masoyi Na (Oh Jesus My Lover)

Ko a Dutsen (On the mountain)
Ko cikin kwari (Or in the valley)
Kana tare dani (You are with Me)
Eh eh, Masoyi Na (Oh Jesus My Lover)

Ko cikin Yaki (Even in times of war)
Ba Zaka yashe niba (You will not forsake me)
Masoyi Na, Eh eh, Masoyi Na (Oh Jesus My Lover)

Hai na kira Sunan Ka (When I called upon Your name)
You heard my voice
And You lifted my head
Eh eh, Masoyi Na (Oh Jesus My Lover)

You did beautifully well choosing this song to bless us with ma'am. The meaning of the song is something that I think everyone needs at a time like this.

As for your rendition, in case of next time, I'd advise you reduce the volume of the instruments, I'd prefer to hear you beautiful voice more 🥰
