Family reunion during Easter celebration.

Happy Easter to all my hive Ghana community members. This is one of the best Easter I have celebrated in a very long time. The reason why I said so will come as we proceed.

My family and I have been making plans to visit our people back in the Village for more than six years now. It hasn't been working because of the cost of things. I now know why the bible say that if you look at the weather you can not plant any seed. This is exactly what we have been doing for years now. We kept waiting for things to get better, but all we get every year is that transport fair is getting higher and higher. It actually seems like an impossible mission to accomplish. But with God they say all things are possible.

'No gree for any body' was the phrase we heard at the beginning of the year and I noticed that once you insist that you must do something, believe in God to help you, it will happen just the way you expect it.

My husband brought the issue of going to the village to spend Easter with everyone of us. It looks as if it was a child's play from the unset. He said that at the beginning of the year when we don't even have enough food to eat because of inflation. We just started planning as if we kept money somewhere for the journey. As I am putting this piece of work together we are all in the village relaxing with all our family members. We have enjoyed ourselves by going from one uncle's house to another. Moving to see one aunt and another one. This is what we have not done in a very good while. It is the lord's doing and it is marvelous in our sight.

We left for the village on Friday morning. Landing in the evening. After resting we started preparing for the celebration. I have eaten different food that I have not heard for a years now. It also seems as if we don't have any problem because all we do is to eat and sleep. Walk around the village, buy what we feel like buying and given some people little gift here and there. I have never rested like this for a long time now.

This is the best Easter celebration to me. I believe that you also heard a good celebration.

Bad road
No light to charge my phone etc.
