These are some nice additions. I especially like the integration of Excel tables as in markdown language. This will make it easier to paste the data :-)

I liked that one too. We so often need to insert tables into our posts. It's true, maybe the markdown we have on Hive doesn't support colors or other things we might like to add to some of our tables, but in general, that's a great addition.
