Wheat photography-Monomad Challenge

If you look at what you have in life, you'll always have more. If you look at what you don't have in life, you'll never have enough. -Oprah Winfrey

Hi guys. I hope you all are doing well. I am here to participate in the #monomad challenge. I have brought some pictures of recent wheat harvest in our region.

This is my entry photo. I must tell you that Pakistan is an agricultural country. We have a lot of crops here in Pakistan. The crops vary from soil to soil, but the crop of wheat and grain are the major ones here. This agricultural land is not so far from my city. It was around 20 miles away. I happened to visit this village with my Father. We own these fields. This is the harvesting season where the wheat is taken from fields and sold. We call it natural gold here and why not? it is very precious and helps in the sustenance of life.

Going to these sights makes me feel great. These places during the harvesting seasons are very calm. I feel light headed going there. The summer season has already started which has triggered the harvesting season too. You will find the shades of golden color with wheat growing in the countryside. I find that very amazing.

A friend from the village also popped by and liked my pictures. We shared a cold drink there because of the heat. I advised him to sharpen his photography skills. He is very promising guy. I gave him some of my pictures here which he said would share on his socials. He showed me around the village and around his fields. I really love how simple people can be at times.

There, I stood by a tree and enjoyed my time in solace and took these pictures. The light was no in my favor. I was not feeling well either. I had to hold the wheat and take some pictures. Often there are always some peasants and workers roaming around, but because of the heatwave, people prefer living inside their homes. After a few moments, I did find a tractor. It was working in the field.

Tractors are another very common vehicle in the countryside other than the donkey carts.

Thank you so much for your time and support. It means a lot to me. Do share your views and thoughts in the comments section below so that we can learn and grow together. I hope you liked the pictures and the thoughts. Take care of yourself and have a great day ahead. Do not forget to follow my account for more such content.
