Your loyalty is admirable.

I became aware of Splinterlands when it was called SteemMonsters and before there were NFTs.
I won some of those original cards in a contest and used them as my signature for a short while.

I can't claim to have started playing back them though.
I followed a few people who wrote about it, so I knew of the game and as you mentioned it was popular game even on Steemit.

I have been playing here for over two years having started during the last bull market, which was a bad time to try and build positions, but life is a learning experience.

Although I lost a large sum of money buying in the bull and holding through the bear, I have continued to stake my SPS, rent my cards throiughout the bear market and build my PS from zero to 83,000.

I kept buying thorugh out the bear and bought a bunch with this last proce drop, which I welcomed as a chance to try an d average down my losses.

I am also experimenting with the Pools on Tribaldex, as the APRs are really good. I have my vouchers staked there, along with some swap.hive and leo to support Leodex.

Incidentally, it would be really great if a prominant Spinterlands player like you staked swap.hive and leo to support Leodex.io

Leodex.io is a great contribution to the Hive ecosystem, a decentralized exchange where Hive can be swapped for Bitcoin and Ether. A huge step forward and access to level 1 tokens for the hive community and a bridge to the growing Thorchain/Maya Community, which could lead to new money coming into the Hive Community and SPkinterlands as they have a huge community, but no pay for play games. Splinterlands assets are also on Leodex.
