Red Fried masala potato yummy

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust according to your spice preference)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced potatoes to the pan. Fry them until they are golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.

  3. Sprinkle the red chili powder and salt over the frying potatoes. Adjust the amount of chili powder according to your taste preference.

  1. Continue frying the potatoes for a few more minutes until they are cooked through and the spices are evenly distributed.
  1. Once done, remove the potatoes from the pan and drain any excess oil on a paper towel.
