Reflecting The Love Of God. MCGI TOPIC REVIEW

John 13:35 (KJV) By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another._

The love of God must be reflected through our actions and words. We must show the people of the world that we are the disciples of Jesus Christ by showing them the love of God. The love of God is the proof that we are obeying the doctrines of God. We cannot say that we are the followers of Jesus Christ when inside of us we do not know how to do good to others.

Galatians 6:9-10 (KJV) And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

Watching the MCGI Cares Live Service, I see the expression of God's love to the people. The gifts and relief materials being distributed to people who are in need illustrates the way we should be good to our fellow men.

We witness medical attention and school necessities assistance rendered to the sick and students. All of these acts of love speak volume about our message. The people will believe when we show love which they can't deny. Good works are the fruits of our claim of faith.

James 1:22 (KJV) But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Let us live out what we are teaching. Let us practice what we are learning. Let our neighbors and friends feel the love of God from our lives. Let us be true disciples who actually practice what we are learning.
